System Assessment
For new installations, we calculate the BTU load of the new appliance and verify your gas meter and supply line can handle the additional demand. Undersized gas lines cause appliances to underperform and can create safety hazards.
Installation or Repair
We install new gas pipe using black iron, CSST (flexible gas line), or schedule 40 pipe depending on the application and code requirements. All joints are sealed with approved gas-rated thread sealant.
Pressure Test & Verification
Every gas line installation and repair is pressure tested per code — typically 15 PSI for 15 minutes. We verify all connections with an electronic gas detector before turning the system live.
