“Just had an emergency plumbing issue!  Our main water line which leaded to the back yard broke due to a rusty valve… This is where the guys and N/L Plumbing came into play.  I called and spoke to a dispatcher who was pleasant and able to forward my information to the on call specialist (Alex) who called back within 10 minutes. I expressed my concerns and he responded to my house within the hour.  While staying friendly and courteous, Alex evaluated the problem and did some magical troubleshooting. After about 20 minutes or so, the problem was fixed and we were able to turn our water back on….What can I say, Alex did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier.

“We had a furnice problem and called for an estimate. when we got our estimate Jesus heard water sounds while under house. upon inspection he saw water leaking underneath the house. we had a huge leak under the house. he took pictures and recommened a company to clean up the water. upon completion of cleanup, Jesus returned with 2 assistants. He fixed our furnice while the other men  replaced our entire main pipe from kitchen to the other side of the house to the bathroom. Jesus and his assistants (which im sorry did not get their names) did an excellent  job. they we friendly, professional and efficient . if we need their services again I would call them for any future job. We highly recommend this company. thanks.”

“These guys know what they’re doing. We called Norwalk La Mirada Plumbing because one of our toilets was backing up and a bathtub was draining slow. Jesus and Edgar came out to assess the problem. They figured out it was a main line problem and fixed the problem by snaking the line from the roof vent. Jesus took me through each step and taught me signs to look for should it happen again. Once the line cleared, Jesus and Edgar cleaned out our bathtub drain through a clean out in the wall.

The best part of all of this? These guys know how to keep a customer in mind – they made sure nothing would damage my roof or windows AND wiped down my bathtub afterwards. We had a guy from another company come out a year ago and he left our bathtub a mess!
